Kids Fusion
ages 5-12
Kids get fit, rock out and have a blast. Kids Mash Up classes are high-energy fitness classes that offer real results. These classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination not to mention they make getting fit a fun experience too.
What is the benefit of Kids Fusion?
Health professionals recommend that children take part in at least 45 minutes of structured exercise throughout the week and these classes are a great way to contribute to that. Children will make new friends, gain in confidence and improve their balance and co-ordination dramatically as well as their memory and musicality. By taking part in regular structured exercise classes, children will be on their way to living a healthy life and are less likely to suffer from obesity and other health-related issues as an adult. The classes also embed discipline, team work and respect as well as leadership skills and responsibility, so they are the perfect way to enjoy a fun workout.
We will start moving our bodies with a fun warm-up! Then we will move from song to song as I teach routines along with a few dance games mixed in. We incorporate hula hoops, jump ropes and stability balls into a fun circuit training to give the children a mini obstacle course Lastly we will wrap up our class with a fun cool down. Kids Fusion will have your child dancing, exercising and having fun all at the same time!
