This 30 minute express class is sure to make you sweat! It consists of 12 exercises of the trainers choice performed 12 times each (may change weekly). This workout begins with a warm up and demonstration of the 12 exercises to be performed then clients are put to the test to see how many cycles they can complete in the next 25 minutes. It is a great way to challenge yourself week to week to see how many cycles you can complete. You will get faster each time! It is a class for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) since you can go at your own pace. Check it out you will not regret it!
