High Intensity interval training
High Intensity Interval training is either a 30 minute or 45 minute class. Consisting of a Warm Up, 8 Cycles of exercises and a cool down. During each of the cycles you will perform 2 exercises for a total of 10 or 16 exercises depending on the length of the class. You will WORK for 20 seconds and REST for 10 seconds (8 times) then rest for 30 seconds and continue the 5 or 8 cycles.
This class is broken down into a few formats:
Lower Focus - This is your Leg Day incorporating squats, lunges, calf raises, etc
Upper Focus - This is your Upper Body day hitting your Shoulders, Back, Chest, Biceps and Triceps
Core - This is class will focus on all of your abdominal muscles (Upper, central, lower and obliques) as well as your lower back
Full Body - We will incorporate full body exercises as well as target the large muscle groups
