H.I.I.T (Tabata Protocol): Resistance training using low weight loads with high rep movements. Focus on all major muscle groups. High intensity cardio & strength movements fused together to create an improved stamina, core strength & all over tone. Using the Tabata method (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) we generate an “after-burn” long after you finish class.
Full Body Circuit: Personal training in a group environment. Push through circuits of cardio vascular & muscle conditioning under the direction of your own personal fitness trainer. Circuit stations often change to compliment the ever-changing fitness gains of its participants. Variations of highly effective strength exercises and training techniques that will create lean strong & balanced bodies.
Boot Camp: Want to lose weight, increase strength, get fit & tone your muscles? Then get in Boot Camp mode! A high-energy interval training class that incorporates cardio, resistance training, plyometrics, and athletic drills. You will be challenged to push past your limits helping your to feel & look better than ever. Strong never looked so sexy.
Zumba: Love to dance? Have two left feet? Who cares! This cardio dance based class will get you moving and grooving. Sweat those pounds away. You don’t need flawless coordination or super human strength.
Zumba Toning: Use 1.5 – 3 pound weights while you dance your way to a fitter toner you!
Insanity: 30 minutes of flat out, give it your all training. & challenging athletic drills designed to raise your fitness level and maximize fat burning combined with explosive strength drills that will shock your muscles & maximize fat burning combined with explosive strength drills that will shock your muscles & maximize muscle recruitment.
Core: Variations of highly effective abdominal and lower back strength exercises and training techniques. Shred your midsection while bumping your heart rate enough to burn some serious calories. Find your strength increasing weekly.
