Boot CampFitworks Fitness Boot Camp will help take you to the next level of your fitness goals.
Our Fitness Boot Camp employs traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. But unlike a military Boot Camp, Ray employs encouragement as appose to intimidation to motivate his clients. Each session includes a 10 minute warm up a 30-40 minute workout and a 10 minute stretch and cool down. Regular participation in this class will get you fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people. |
